WORKSHOP: Andrea Dalle Ave – VegeItalia 21|28 luglio 2018

Il workshop VegeItalia, diretto dall’artista  Andrea Dalle Ave,  ha condotto i partecipanti Gianmaria Brizzi, Carlo Ottonello e Daniele Di Mauro, alla creazione di sculture realizzate con il solo utilizzo di rami, foglie e altro materiale vegetale reperito dentro gli Horti Leonini, il parco cinquecentesco che ospita la 48° edizione di Forme nel Verde – opere, che in virtù del fatto di essere biodegradabili, diventano un partecipato “work in progress naturale”: queste sagome, riempite di foglie, oltre a diventare dei veri e propri condomini per gli insetti e gli uccelli di ogni specie, appassendo, cambieranno colore, e con esso la veduta d’insieme della mostra, giorno dopo giorno, fino alla chiusura.

The VegeItalia workshop, directed by artist, Andrea Dalle Ave, led the participants Gianmaria Brizzi, Carlo Ottonello and Daniele Di Mauro, to the creation of sculptures made with solely using branches, leaves and other plant material found in the Horti Leonini, the sixteenth-century park that houses the 48th edition of Forme nel Verde – works, which by virtue of being biodegradable, becomes participants of a “natural work in progress”: these silhouettes, filled with leaves, in addition to becoming real living spaces for insects and birds of all kinds, will wither, will change colour, and with witness it the overview of the exhibition, day after day, until the very end.
