Che cos’è la Street Poster Art?
E’ una tecnica artistica che impiega opere di carta (dipinte direttamente sui fogli o stampate al plotter) che vengono prodotte e incollate dagli artisti sulle superfici outdoor, con una miscela di colla vinilica e acqua.

Questo impasto, una volta essiccato, fissa e protegge i lavori dalle intemperie con una pellicola trasparente che non sciupa il disegno e ne assicura la durata; al tempo stesso, il mix può essere facilmente rimosso con idropulitrice ad acqua calda e non lascia tracce sulla parete.

Si può decidere di utilizzare colle meno resistenti o animali che consentono di rimuovere a mano la carta.

Esiste dal 2011 un festival a Bologna che è diventato un punto di riferimento della street poster art internazionale il “Cheap Street Poster Art Festival”.
What is Street Poster Art?
It’s an artistic technique that uses works of paper (painted directly on the sheets or printed on the plotter) that are produced and glued by the artists on outdoor surfaces, with a mixture of vinyl glue and water.
This mix, once dried, fixes and protects the work from the elements with a transparent film which protects the design and ensures its durability; at the same time, the mixture could easily be removed with hot water pressure wash and leaves no trace on the wall.
You can decide to use less resistant glues or animal glues to allow you to remove the paper by hand.

In Florence we can see the street poster art works made as statements against globalization “l’arte sa nuotare” (art can swim) by Blub, or the stickers on signs by Clet Abraham, against “the prohibitions of power”, against a judiciary system that is not always aligned with justice, is famous and appreciated throughout the world.
Since 2011 a festival in Bologna has been serving as the landmark festival for international street poster art, the “Cheap Street Poster Art Festival”.
