3 PERFORMANCE aprono Forme nel Verde 2018

Il 28 luglio 2018, giorno dell’inaugurazione della 48°edizione di Forme nel Verde, le sale del Museo di Palazzo Chigi, sono diventate il palcoscenico naturale di Identità, una azione sonora, scritta da Matilde Mazzoni e condotta dall’artista e da altri performer impegnati a cantare ognuno una canzone diversa, tipica di un dialetto o di una specifica tradizione popolare. Dopo urli e stonature, la performance man mano si armonizza e il caos provocato dalle voci discrepanti si trasforma in un unico coro cristallino, che intona all’unisono un motivo nuovo,  molto suggestivo.

Negli Horti Leonini, la seconda performance, Sono stanco, scritta da Francesca Umiltà, basata sul racconto breve Casa d’altri di Silvio D’Arzo e condotta dall’attore Alessandro Conti, ha evocato le fatiche e le difficoltà quotidiane dell’essere umano e voluto affermare l’importanza della tradizione, del focolare, dello spazio esistenziale nel quale l’uomo trascorre giorno dopo giorno la sua vita, diversa ed uguale. La performance riflette sulla ripetitività del quotidiano, sul rapporto tra l’esterno e l’interno, l’uomo e la natura, il caos e l’armonia, lo scontro e l’incontro di passioni  forti e contrastanti in una dimensione temporale ossessiva, che sembra ripetersi uguale a se stessa, nella quale “non cambierà mai niente”.

Un’azione silenziosa, quasi mimetica è stata Anima del Parco, che ha visto l’artista Federica Guglielmucci, trasformarsi in una presenza atavica, una sorta di spirito indigeno con un vincastro in mano. La performer ha vagato lentamente tra il verde degli Horti Leonini, apparendo e scomparendo tra i lecci secolari e raccogliendo da terra frammenti di foglie, rami e pietre che le sono serviti per comporre un cerchio magico, attraverso il quale l’anima del parco è tornata nel suo mondo, lasciando ai presenti il bastone, conficcato nel suolo.

On July 28, 2018, inauguration day on the 48th edition of the Forme nel Verde, the rooms of the Palazzo Chigi Museum became a natural stage for Identità, a sound action, written by Matilde Mazzoni and conducted by artists and other performers whom are all engaged in singing a different song, typical of a dialect or a specific folk tradition. After screams and clashes, the performance gradually harmonizes and the chaos caused by the discrepant voices is transformed into a single crystal choir, which intones in unison a new motif, very suggestive.

In the Horti Leonini, the second performance, I’m tired, written by Francesca Umiltà, based on the short story Casa d’altri by Silvio D’Arzo and conducted by actor Alessandro Conti, evoked the labors and daily difficulties of the human being and wanted to affirm the importance of tradition, the hearth, the existential space in which man spends day after day his life, different and equal. The performance reflects on the repetitiveness of everyday life, on the relationship between the outside and the inside, man and nature, chaos and harmony, the clash and the encounter of strong and contrasting passions in an obsessive temporal dimension, which seems to repeat itself, in which “nothing will ever change”.

A silent, almost mimetic action was the Soul of the Park, which saw the artist Federica Guglielmucci, transform into an atavistic presence, a sort of indigenous spirit with a winch in his hand. The performer wandered slowly among the green of the 

Horti Leonini, appearing and disappearing among the ancient holm oaks and collecting from the ground fragments of leaves, branches and stones that were used to compose a magic circle, through which the soul of the park returned to its world, leaving the stick, stuck in the ground, to the present.
